My sugar fasting 78 , after lunch 2 hour it's 107 and hba1c -5.5 is everything fine or I need to do some precautions please suggest?

Four days ago, I dislocated my finger around 2 am. My dad pulled on it and seemed to set it back in place, but I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t attend college for the next three days. I have read that body clears up the hpv infection on its own within 2 years.But My body is unable to clear the infection even after 3 years. i had got 1 filiform wart on my face 3 years ago and now there are 3 warts.I have tried every possible treatment from electro cautary to  homeopathy to topical creams to chemical treatments but nothing worked.I am emtionally in stress now  as these warts on my face are lowering my self confidence.Please help me out

Respected Dr., From last 4 - 5 months, i am noticing that whenever i take a nap or sleep at night whenever i wake up my body starts shaking and i feel like i will fall. I checked my blood sugar level and it was normal. I dont have thyroid. But from past 2 - 3 months i am having a headache that when i take pain killers it resolves but again after that it starts to hurt. Please tell me what is going on and should i see a dr? I have burning sensation in right hand with pain in fingers and sometimes in legs and knees as well. I have very low vit d. This is from few weeks and sometimes pain radiates from hips to thighs as well. What can I take as supplements ?
