Hello, I’ve been feeling very tired and sleepy throughout the day, even though I only work for about 3 hours (from 11 AM). My work mostly involves sitting idle, but after returning home, I feel extremely exhausted and can hardly keep myself straight. I take Ebast M at night for my allergy problem, but I stopped it for a week to check if it was causing the tiredness — there was no difference, so it doesn’t seem related to the medicine.
