After taking 60000 IU of Vitamin D supplement per week for 8 weeks and then monthly for 5 months as per my doctor's advice, I have been suffering from frequent urination problem for the past 3 months. Last dose was taken on 11.10.2025. All the reports regarding urianalysis, usg, uti etc. are all normal. Kindly tell me for how much time this urination will be going on? Before me taking vitamin d my level was 5.25 and now my level is 38. My calcium test is also normal. I never had faced any issue like frequent urination like this in my entire life.Also kindly suggest any medicine or way to get rid of this frequent urinatio n and any diet plan. Also suggest if I should take any dairy product or not. If I take any dairy product the urination is also increased.

My friend is a 34 yrs old female and is suffering from a cold and a cough. She had her first episode of cold and severe coughing during Diwali this year. For 4-5 days she kept coughing out phlegm. However the fever was there for only 2 days. Gradually the intensity of coughing decreased but wasn't cured 100%. I gave her 5 doses of Azithromycin and a cough syrup. However, all of a sudden since the past 5 days again she got fever of 103 and severe muscle pain. After giving her 2 paracetamols her fever initially went away but coughing got worse. She is coughing in regular intervals and throwing out phlegm. Now today again got fever. Ki dly suggest me why is this happening and how do I permanant get rid of his coughing situation. Probably the cough is triggering her fever. She is also having weakness and fatigue

Hi doctor, i have ear ache constantly but there is no issue in the ear after checking with the ENT doctor. I feel like I'm getting cold , dizzy, could not focus on moving objects, confusion etc.  somedays it is completely normal but most of the days, i feel like I'm falling, dizziness, confusion, cannt really focus on moving objects, ear aching , hands numbness, left feet stiffness and pain in the left hand I'm 28 years old and unmarried and BP is 60/100 What could these be,?
