Fasting sugar 88.9mg/dl.B.p.120/75hg Will eltroxin continue now? And what cholesterol medicine should I take? Please let me know, it will be beneficial. Thanks.

My heart rate is always high...also I have acidity issues. I did my tests in 2021 for cbc, thyroid, ecg, 2d echo, vit d all came back normal..but again I'm having these palpitations and I get tired easily.. sometimes I've abdominal pain too. I'm really scared

29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. I have been having problems focusing attention at work/study. I feel like I am getting paid less for amount or quantity of work I am supposed to do and I am finding idea of committing to work for next 6 months unsurmountable. Problems started in last year of college when I slowly started finding myself not enjoying movies and tv shows. I also started losing all my emotions and became emotionally numb.
