My daughter is 18 years old and has this sacral dimple by birth she never had any issues but from last 4 days she has developed pain n slightly swollen with no discharge jus the pain can it be treated with antibiotics because it's in initial stage?

I’ve been experiencing angina-like symptoms for several months. I get intermittent chest discomfort, left arm heaviness, and jaw pressure. Today since morning, my left arm has been feeling tight and heavy, both at rest and during activity. 3 weeks ago had angiogram which showed normal arteries with zero blocks . stress echo was also normal.doc told me that despite the symptoms sounding typical of angina, they are non-cardiac. But symptoms keep returning and feel very typical of heart-related pain, I still feel worried. What could be the possible causes of such symptoms despite normal angio.. And should I be concerned about my heart?

I got my general blood check up done wherein most parameters are normal. CBC is normal. Total IgE is 282. I don't have any kind of symptoms, only itching scalp and itchy ears. Is there any advanced tests that I should do ? Can high IgE cause problems? I too have acid reflux issues which is currently under treatment.
