Sudden red rashes
Dhup se aane ke baad achanak se red spots neck left side pr with burning sensation, not any other body part ( with 40 degree temp), after walking in sunlight at full day time । Kya ye sirf sun exposure se hua hai ya fir koi serious baat hai???

This looks like a heat rash or solar urticaria — a skin reaction to sun and heat exposure. It's quite common in summers, especially at 40 degree temperatures. Nothing to worry about seriously. Apply calamine lotion on the area to soothe the burning and keep the skin cool with cold water. Avoid going out in direct sunlight between 11am and 4pm. If the rashes keep coming back or spread, taking cetirizine (10mg) once daily for a few days can help.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult me on Practo if the rashes keep recurring or you need a proper evaluation.
