SeverePain
My female friend is 20 years old and experiencing severe health issues. She has intense, unbearable pain starting from her stomach/abdomen, which radiates up to her shoulders, chest, and lower back, as well as her arms and spine. The pain is so severe that she is completely unable to walk or move properly. This combination of abdominal pain spreading to the upper body and back is causing her immense discomfort. We need urgent guidance from a doctor to understand the underlying cause and get immediate relief. Please advise on what specialized doctor we should consult or if she needs emergency medical attention right away.

This is a serious situation that needs immediate medical attention. Severe abdominal pain that radiates to the shoulders, chest, back, and arms and is causing inability to move can indicate several urgent conditions — including a ruptured ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, severe peritonitis, or even a cardiac or aortic issue. This kind of widespread referred pain pattern should not be managed at home and requires emergency evaluation right away.
Next Steps
Please take her to the nearest hospital emergency immediately — do not wait. She needs urgent clinical examination, blood tests, and imaging. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation once she is stabilised.
