Glans sensitivity
Hello Doctor, I wanted to ask about my foreskin. I am uncircumcised, but even when my penis is in a normal/flaccid state, my foreskin does not fully cover the glans. Because of this, the glans sometimes rubs against my jeans and I feel discomfort while walking. Could you please advise whether this is normal, or if I should get it examined? Also, is there anything I can do to reduce the rubbing and irritation?

You should consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. From your description I doubt if circumcision will solve your problem. It might actually make your condition worse because after circumcision the complete glans penis will be rubbing against your jeans as long as you wear the jeans
