I have a mild fever 99 from last 2 month with widal.positive but phle muja diarrhea, vommitting and headache tha abhi kaval halki shivering h aur 98.8 temperature h

I am having infection and 1.05 lakh platelets and stomach pain and fever so my doctor suggest me for glucose and injection daily night and morning so is it okay ?

Am concerned about a possible infection risk. Here is the exact sequence of events: A person with bleeding gums while chewing tobacco handed me a 10 rupees note with some blood on it. I placed the note on a cash counter. I then washed my hands with Savlon handwash. About 5–6 minutes later, I touched the cash counter and then my house mug (possibly dry or slightly wet). I am doing yoga since last month but from few days I am feeling heavy and numbness in both arms .I feel my hands heavy such as not want to put up.

I am 28 year old female. I recently had an abdominal ultrasound because of mild pain. The scan showed borderline splenomegaly. I then had a CBC done because of borderline splenomegaly. All results came back normal except for my ESR, which is 56 (it was 44 six months ago). Do my spleen size and ESR values seem concerning? All my other blood tests, including LFT and KFT, are normal.

Hi doctor, I have attached my mother urine culture report. Is the report normal? She use to have mild fever from 5-10 days which goes with paracetamol. No other significant complain. Pls suggest if it need medication and whom should I consult. Physician or Gynaecologist
