29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. I have been having problems focusing attention at work/study. I feel like I am getting paid less for amount or quantity of work I am supposed to do and I am finding idea of committing to work for next 6 months unsurmountable. Problems started in last year of college when I slowly started finding myself not enjoying movies and tv shows. I also started losing all my emotions and became emotionally numb. My current routine is watching reaction and informative videos on YouTube, surfing twitter, surfing youtube etc. Why is this happening? How to cure this?

My lymphocytes are 41.8 percent and absolute lymphocyte count is 3660/cumm and neutrophils are 47.6 percent. What to do next ?

I’ve had a lot of hair fall for 3 years but in the past 2–3 months, I’ve also noticed hair thinning. My ferritin is 17.9ng/mL, Vitamin B12 - 267 pg/ml, vitamin D serum - 36.6 ng/ml and thyroid tsh is 3.48. Are these levels okay for hair regrowth? Should I take iron or B12 supplements? If yes, which ones and for how long?

All investigations are done Dengue Malaria Typhoid CBC Liver Platelets counts are decreasing day by day due to taking antibiotics like Zifi-O and Doxi. While fever taking Dolo 650mg. I have already consulted some MBBS and MD doctor with good experience in Chandigarh but no one able to find diagnosis problem. My 13 year-old sister has been experiencing pain near the navel, fever, and vomiting for the past 2 days. The pain is constant and she feels weak. She hasn’t shown much improvement. Hi doctors,  I got my Annual blood  test done along with  Cardiac markers. Majority factors came fine  like LFT, KFT, CCB, glucose etc. But heart related  tests were in bad shape , Lipid is also quite bad.  TRIGLYCERIDES = 475 , very high LDL = 133 high. HDL =35 below borderline of 40  Cardiac markers : CRP = 7.6, shud  below 10 HS CRP =7.30, high shud be less than 3 ( also hv throat infection these days so can be high due to that )  Homocystain = 19, shud be less than 14  LP a = less than 3 , This was ok shud be less than 30. These looks quite alarming to me. Please suggest what best measures can be take to control them fully.  I have health anxiety issues too and i fear of having a heart attack.  unfortunately my desk job won't allow me much walking on daily basis. Please suggest what additional test can be done if required and how to control HS CRP 7.30 and triglyceride 475 to normal levels naturally or avoiding food or if any medicine are required.

After taking tab dexorange since last 7 days my stomach is paining, what should I do. My ferritin has improved from 7 to 25 in these 7 days.

Hi, Whenever i go to the drs clinic i am diagnosed with a bp of 140/80..Can i do gym with basic weight lifting of 10 kg with this much Bp?Which exercises should i avoid?
