For the past 7 days my left side head is paining along with left eye blur , pain is on and off dr gave fenfkux tablet for 3days.. but pain again coming.. already im having migrane for the past 17 years..migrane will come only before the periods or on the period time if I put paracetamol the headache will go away.. but this time its started after period over.. and i cleaned dust 7days before after tat i got the pain on one side head.. It's been 7 days now still paining.. pain above the ear and left side of the head.. and feeling pressure in left ear.. and left nose blocking.. no sneezing.. if I bend down feel very heavy.. left hand and chest also paining mildly.. I can't see light .. if I see light my left side head is hurting.. pls tell me what to do next.. I'm very scared about this

Age -20 months -10.5 kgs weight -Kid is having continuous fever from 6 days we started with Crocin Syrup -1.5 mL and then after consulting the doctor we started - Azithromycin-100mg/5 mL once per day and Pacimol for fever - 2 days no improvement, doctor recommended blood test - all negative malaria, dengue, Widal Typoid - CRP -48.5 value - changed the medicine- Cefixime -100mg/5 mL - 2 times, add - Febrex plus thrice in a day Last two days started above dosage Still fever starts approx. 8 hrs Please advise thanks you

Hi doc , I'm 25, unmarried, and have had left-sided pelvic pain for about a year since Jan 2025 especially around ovulation. My periods are regular. Ultrasound showed a septated cystic lesion in the left adnexa, and MRI found a lobulated tubular blood-filled structure measuring 7.9 x 7.4 × 5.2 cm, diagnosed as haematosalpinx (old blood in the fallopian tube). Doctors said it may be due to tubal blockage or endometriosis and adviced me to get operated (salpingectomy) My hb -12 g, Esr -22 mmhr , ca125 -52.3 , weight 65kgs . No history of Pcod or pcos , Diabetes, thyroid. My questions are: • Has anyone had haematosalpinx and what were the causes other than ectopic? Did i need laparoscopy? I am 36 weeks pregnant and on Metformin 500, regularly checking sugar. But still my fasting sugar is in the range of 100 - 108 mg/dl. But PP sugar is usually within 120 - 131 mg/dl. My last HBA1C was 5.3, done on 3 Nov 25. Why is my Fasting sugar still high?

I have been taking telvas 40 since 4 years and bp is under control. Ever since last week i had a fever for 2-3 days. Post that my bp is 150/100 and heart beat is higher to 110 when sitting up. But when i am lying down its 125/90 and heart beat is 80. What could be thus sudden issue?

Can we again switch to propanol sustain release tablet 20 mg if immediate release tablet 10 mg not giving relief for pulse rate firstly I am taking 20 mg propanol tablet after that I switch to immediate release tablet 10 mg

My mother was diagnosed with dengue on 3 November she had Rashes , fever , vomiting like issues. Platlets went as down as 50000 she felt better by November 9 . During treatment she was given Anti vomiting injection and painkillers In saline and after getting better She has persistent Pain in Her right shoulder. I think she was affected by chickengunya also at the same time. As my father is also suffering from chickengunya. Now she has right shoulder pain , slight fever and in cbc her Platlets went to 650000. She doesn't have energy. Her head aches a lot. Also she has persistent pain in right shoulder. What should be done now ? She is on paracetamol, diclofenac and predmt medicine. Her qrp in blood test cam 27 mg.

Since last week i am having slight fever cough and cold and bp is elevated. I take telvas 40. I got my blood test yesterday. All was ok except hs crp was 3.58. Is this ok? Or do i need to get more tests or checks?
