Good evening doctor my (LMP -01-11-2025) regular cycles only . last Monday i got one pimple kind thing on areola lining and squeezed it white pulk came out (same as pimple white head it was ) and I used mupirocin 2% cream and it started dry but not flat and today it again drained tiny drop of white fluid from it while squeezing is it normal or cancerous and my breast is so tender my periods may begin in 3-4 days . Last month I had ultrasound breast also it was normal no abnormalities found . Am attaching pics please see

Hai doctor good morning The incident was on July 6 I was riding 2 wheeler for the office suddenly dog chasing barking i Don't know whether dog has bitten or not I did not checked at that time after 2 months I got anxiety about rabies and fear I went to government hospital and meet duty nurse I explained everything she said you are in category 1 dont worry how can I believe her then I asked for vaccination she gave 1 vaccine in my both the arms again still my anxiety and fear was there again visited different government hospital and took vaccination 2nd vaccine on 10th of November and 3rd vaccine on 14th of November Still i feel what if the dog had bitten me category 2,3 bite and I gone unnoticed What if the symptoms will appear now Please help me I am safe

I did my ecg , echo ,brain mri,20+ blood test but report came normal, I am experiencing like I will faint , extreme dizziness, chest congestion, current like shock from middle of abdomen till neck, high pulse in neck , back neck pain , hand and legs get cold and collapsed, cloud feeling in side necks , can't able to walk or stand shortness of breath, feel very uneasy all the time . Getting frustrated with this symptoms since 3 months can't able to do my day to day work all the time dizziness.

Today I consulted with general physician for my wife breast pain she checked she told there is lump in both breast but it's not cancerous there is bening she told u had costochondritis??so what is the meaning of costochondritis??lump is der but no cancerous

My mother has bp and she has been adviced to take amlophine 5mg morning and telmisartan 40 mg. Now she is having leg swelling so doctor prescribed to take telmisartan 40mg morning and evening. Is it ok to take morning and evening ? Even after 40mg she is having 160 when in hospital (125 or 130 in home) . Her age is 67 . Has knee pain and difficult to walk. No other issues than this. Pls advice

Can I check HbA1c to know if I am diabetic, normal, or pre-diabetic? Hello Doctor, I recently got a Complete Blood Count (CBC) test done (report attached). I would like to check my HbA1c to understand whether I am diabetic, prediabetic, or normal. Based on my CBC values, is it okay for me to go ahead and get an HbA1c test now, or should I wait?
