Having headache intermittently everyday especially when waking up for last two weeks. Can u tell what to do

Dry cough, irritation in throat, very little phlegm. Morning when I wake up, slight irritation in throat

I have Leg pain, sometimes muscle blinking, Gas in the evening (not everyday, 2 times in a weak), Mild heart burn sometimes, Foul taste/breath in the mouth, not sure but i feel there is mucus in throat as well, What can be reason for these symptoms? Is it dehydration? Which tests should be done? Iron, Magnesium, Electrolyte, CBC, LFT? My vitamin D & B12 are now normal after medication.

Since yesterday evening, I have been experiencing the following issues: • Loss of appetite (no feeling of hunger) • Sharp, pricking pain in the lower abdomen • Gas and bloating • Dry mouth • Yesterday evening, after drinking tea, I developed a burning pain in the stomach followed by vomiting • Since then, I continue to have abdominal discomfort, bloating, and dry mouth Kindly advise on possible cause and treatment.

I woke up with blocked nose and mild throat pain(only uncomfortable when swallowing) and also the temperature was 99 and reached till 101.9. As I have prebooked full body check up for today and got the above mentioned symptoms. I still went through giving sample for blood test. The results show that TSH is 6 where as T3,T4 are within the limits. Also ESR is comparitively high. CRP is also higher than mentioned intervals. Please suggest if this has anything to do with fever? Should I go for a retest after fews days once my fever is gone? Please help me understand. Thank you in advance

Hi all.This ia regarding a thing iam facing since last 15 days.feel heaviness and tightness in both legs mostly at night while sleeping the feeling like someone is wearing socks in the legs.no tickling I feet or knee and no pain also.the feeling goes away when I get up.Although I myself do all the household work like cooking etc I feel bit weak also my sleep gets disturbed by 2am or 3am at night.no sugar but weight loss.

Nexito10 and pregabanyl mtm can be taken together???since not aware not told orthopaedic dr that i am.taking nexito 10
