Normal Vit D3 is 20 - 50. Normal B12 is 300. So you are deficient in both. Take your local doctor advised and continue your treatment. If further advice is required, consult me on Practo.

you are  suffering from leg pains, numbness, toes pain, and memory issues. Your blood reports show a Vitamin D3 level of 18 ng/ml and a Vitamin B12 level of 213.1 pg/ml. Based on this, you have a deficient Vitamin D3 level and a borderline-low Vitamin B12 level, which can directly cause nerve irritation, muscle aches, and cognitive sluggishness. However, for a proper diagnosis of your memory issues and to see if your nerve pathways need stronger support, we need to monitor how well you respond to the current prescription.
Next Steps
Follow Your Current Prescription Strictly: Continue taking the weekly Vitamin D3 shots (4-bottle set) and your daily Neurobion Forte tablet at night for 30 days exactly as your doctor advised. These medications are actively designed to restock your vitamin stores and repair your nerve coverings. Track Your Nervous System Changes: Keep a short record of whether the numbness in your toes and your memory issues begin to improve or stay the same after finishing the first 2 weeks of your tablets.. Consultation: "To accurately review your complete blood report values, evaluate your nerve recovery progress side-by-side, and provide an advanced, long-term plan to completely clear your memory issues and leg pain, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."
Health Tips
Incorporate B12 and D3 Food Sources: Support your medical treatment by eating foods rich in these nutrients, such as fortified dairy products, eggs, paneer, or mushrooms. Engage in Gentle Stretching Exercises: Do light, low-impact leg stretches every morning to boost blood circulation to your toes and help ease your daily nerve numbness safely.

These are below range levels of D3 and B12 and you should definitely start taking supplements to prevent deficiency related symptoms .
