No other symptoms. That started when I was so stressed . After that zigzag line appeared 5) after having my wisdom tooth removed due to infection I started hearing tinnitus in my left ear in silence. I hear in right too but only when I move jaw forward. 6) my brain mri retina ent blood test are normal. 7) my back neck pain and shoulder pain too. Have two kids overall no one can think I have any health issues by seeing me. 8) I get pain in my jaw sometimes that connect with behind ear and in the side of forehead. I felt relief when I press some spot in my cheecks and jaw and shoulder.

So you are mother of two. Since people think you are normal that means you are trying to either supress the illness and do everything with perfection or you have an invalidating environment at home because of which even when you tell you have this or that problem nobody listens. In stressful conditions, since you already have predisposition for depression which you mentioned, comorbid anxiety and Oversensitivity for stimulus arises. Because of this you became sensitive to the various stimuli. Pain in jaw that you are mentioning can still be due to some TMJ issue although that will have to be ruled out by proper history. Other than that starting from pain in neck and shoulders can be part of somatic complaints of untreated depression and anxiety. Last but not the least, the visual disturbances can be part of aura. Again it all needs to be properly evaluated with detailed history. I provide online consultation and therapy support you can contact me directly on seven eight seven seven six three nine six eight two for detailed evaluation and management plan.

Eye flashes and zig-zag lines can be due to eye floaters which are harmless. Otherwise, they may indicate forthcoming retinal detachment.
Next Steps
Urgently consult an eye specialist.

Several of your symptoms — the zigzag lines, eye flashes, noise sensitivity, jaw pain radiating to the ear and temple, and tinnitus — are consistent with a combination of migraine-related phenomena and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. The fact that symptoms began after significant emotional stress is also meaningful. Since all basic investigations are normal, the focus should shift to these functional and musculoskeletal causes.
Next Steps
A consultation with a neurologist for migraine assessment and a dentist/maxillofacial specialist for TMJ evaluation would be a good next step. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
