Hi, your TSH at 1.38 looks well controlled on the current 50mcg dose. T3 is a bit low but T4 is reasonable. Continue the same for now and repeat the test in 8 weeks. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Your TSH of 1.381 is within the normal range, which is a good sign and suggests your current dose of thyroid medication is working adequately. TSH is the most important marker for thyroid control, and when it is normal, it generally means the body is responding well to the dose. The T3 being slightly on the lower side is not unusual in patients on thyroid treatment. Do not change your dose on your own.
Next Steps
Continue your current medication as prescribed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation before making any dose adjustments.

First of all I would like to ask you …How you are currently feeling (any symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, or temperature sensitivity)? If no symptoms then …. The reference ranges vary slightly depending on the specific laboratory, a TSH level of 1.381 mIU/L generally falls perfectly within the standard optimal target range (typically 0.4 to 4.0 or 4.5 mIU/L). Your T3 and T4 levels also appear to be well within normal limits. This indicates that your current dose of Thyronorm 50 mcg is working effectively to keep your thyroid hormone levels stable and balanced.
