Low TSH and High T4 Thyroid Report Revie
Hello Doctor, I am a 26-year-old female. I recently got my Thyroid Function Test (TFT) done with Orange Health Labs. Results: TSH: < 0.0083 uIU/mL (Very Low / Suppressed) Total T4: 12.17 ug/dL (High) Total T3: 0.97 ng/mL (Normal) I have attached my report herewith. Kindly guide me on whether I need further tests like Free T3, Free T4, or Anti-TPO, and suggest the next steps or treatment. Thank you.

You need anti thyroid drugs like carbimazole. Please consult an endocrinologist physically for clinical evaluation to decide the beginning dose
