Thyroid function tests showing higher TSH level and normal T3 T4 levels, needs treatment with replacement hormone thyroxine, taken daily for life long. There is no direct association of low vitamin d level with hypothyroidism, though rarely is possible in autoimmune hypothyroidism.
You can use vitamin d 60000 iu sachet once a week for at least 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily.
