Vitamins and iron doesnt cause thyroid diseases.the problem is with the gland itself
It can be an autoimmune condition.tests need to be done to know which type of thyroid disorder it is.you have hypothroidism it wont go away naturally with coriander water and brazil nuts.tests needs to be done and constant use of medication is one of the best methods for this disease

With a TSH of 45 and active symptoms (fatigue, hair thinning, tiredness), you need thyroid medication (levothyroxine) â natural remedies alone cannot bring TSH this high back to normal. Brazil nuts (selenium) and dietary changes can support thyroid function but cannot replace treatment at this level. Additionally, untreated hypothyroidism worsens insulin resistance and pre-diabetes â treating your thyroid will actually help your blood sugar control as well. The acanthosis nigricans (black neck lines) is a classic sign of insulin resistance, which needs to be addressed alongside the thyroid. Regarding 'lifelong medication' â once TSH normalises with levothyroxine, you may be able to reduce the dose over time; some patients eventually come off it. Start medication now and recheck TSH in 6â8 weeks.
Next Steps
Start levothyroxine as prescribed by your doctor. Recheck TSH, T3, T4 in 6â8 weeks. Address insulin resistance with diet (low glycaemic foods, reduce refined carbs), exercise, and consider metformin if advised. Consult me on Practo for a personalised plan.
