Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife Thyroid report is as below TSH 12.12 μIU/ml Total T3 103 ng/dl Total T4 5.6 μg/dl Please suggest what Medication require for her aged 30 years, she suffer mood swing, dry skin, constipation, head ache & her voice is like child
