Thyroid suspect.
My TSH is 7.16 UIu/ml do I have thyroid my T3 T4 is normal. Should I take medication

Hi..In your case it's subclinical Hypothyroidism. Where uTSH is less than 10 along with normal T3 and T4.. Usually in such case medication is not recommended unless patient has symptoms like cold intolerance , weight gain, lethargic....
Next Steps
Do antiTPO antibody test...if it is positive you need to take medication....and if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy then you need to start medication after doing antiTPO antibody test. and repeat Thyroid profile free after 6 weeks
