You have provided reports of jan 2026. I assume your symptoms are since then. Get a chikungunya IgG/M test done to rule out diagnosis. Secondly post viral arthritis may last for 1 to 6 months after infection. Needs to rule out other causes of small joint arthritis. Your vitamin D is so low that it can cause bone pain and bone degeneration. You need a holistic approach .
Next Steps
Consult a rheumatologist
Health Tips
add vitamin D and B12 supplements sunlight exposure diet changes

Vit d is low, liver enzymes are high.  Muscular pains can occur during and after typhoid. Take fat free diet, tab zerodol sp one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days, Tab calcimax p one morning and one evening for 4 to 6 weeks. Drink more water. You can get chickenguniya test done to clear your doubt, but treatment remains as I have advised.

Persistent joint pain involving the fingers, wrists, ankles, and elbows can occur after several infections, including Chikungunya. A positive Widal test alone is often not sufficient to confidently differentiate Typhoid from other causes of fever and joint pain. To give you the correct advice, I would need to review your complete reports, including CBC, Widal values, fever history, medications taken, and any other investigations done so far. Since your symptoms are still persisting, I would recommend a detailed consultation so that your reports can be reviewed comprehensively and the need for further tests (including Chikungunya testing) can be assessed appropriately. Please consult with me and upload all your reports. I will guide you regarding the diagnosis and further treatment plan. Dr. Yash Duragkar MD Medicine
