Hello i have some parameteres out of range in kidney and liver.. i consulted a doctor and done USG of abdomen as well.. i have grade 1 fatty liver.. my weight is 124 kgs.. i started gym month ago.. and following diet strictly as well.. my doctor prescribed me these 3 meds:- 1 vit d 60k u once weekly( my vit. D level is 3 .. severe low) for 8 weeks.. Upline E mega softgel capsule:- daily after breakfast for 30 days And Actibile 300:- daily after breakfast and dinner for 30 days I just have one query.. as actibile 300 is an allopathy med. Is it VERY SAFE to take THIS MED. FOR MONTH? Please reply if possible. And with detail.

Helo team, Ast:alt ratio is 2 on recent blood test Alp is normal. Not an alcoholic person. No cholestrol. On Diabetes medicines from 1.5years Something to be worried? Any other tests to be done?

I have been taking levera for 4.5 years. Dosage is 250mg in the morning and 750mg at night. Since, medication has started, I have trouble concentrating, experiencing poor memory, less interest in studies and other activities like sports, reading etc. Also feeling low motivation. I have experienced seizures thrice. First unprovoked. Second due to missed dose. Third after gradual withdrawal of medicine. Does levera cause such cognitive and behavioral changes? Should I ask my doctor to change medicine?

I was going on evening walk, suddenly an aggressive dog attacked on my left leg, i felt its teeth, but no scratch or wound is there on leg, but this is very frightening, please guide shall i go for vaccination and if yes can i take it after 10-12 hrs?

I recently got a cut by a knife and do I need to take tetanus vaccine?. I took one dose of tetanus vaccine this year in the month of January 2026.

My vitamin d levels were low in blood test checkup which was 20.92 nmol/l. Calcium in blood was 9.4, ok. All other results were ok. Recommended depura 60k IU weekly for 12 weeks. After taking one dose I am experiencing leg cramps for past 5 days. Why it is happening?
