The effect of a Tetanus shot should last for about 5 years. So you've got nothing to worry about at the moment. In case of bite, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water. Infection risk via parrot bite is very low.

Though immunity from tetanus vaccine can last 5 yrs, but slowly declines over time. However risk is negligible with a pet parrot bite. Risk of tetanus is more with wounds contaminated by dust or soil.

Tetanus vaccination given 2 months ago provides adequate protection. In case of any bite, clean any bite thoroughly with soap and water and seek medical attention only if the wound is deep, contaminated, or shows signs of infection. No additional tetanus booster is required at present

You are well protected. A tetanus shot provides immunity for approximately 10 years, so having received it just 2 months ago means you are fully covered for the next 10 years. A booster would only be needed again after 10 years (or earlier if you get a deep, dirty wound and your last shot was more than 5 years ago). Additionally, a tame pet parrot bite is actually a very low-risk situation for tetanus — tetanus spores come from soil, rust, and animal feces, not from a clean household parrot's beak. So you have nothing to worry about on both counts.
Next Steps
Enjoy your parrot! No tetanus shot is needed for at least 10 years from now. If you ever get a deep or soil-contaminated wound in the future, check with a doctor then. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Tetanus vaccine generally works for 10 years. Should be taken every 10 years. But if you got a deep injury, it’s recommended to another dose then itself.
