My reproductive organ is really itchy for a while I have no symptoms of fever or other things but the shaft of the penis is really itchy what should I do?

My father is 79 years old. He has been having a burning feeling in his lower abdomen for the last 4 days. His urine flow is normal. My vitamin b12 is 100. Doctor has given metmax tablet for 30 days . I want to ask 30days b12 will increase and when i should repeat blood test

I have been taking vitamin D tablets for the past three years. 60000 IU. Of late, some research suggests that Vitamin D alone is not effective. It should be taken along with calcium tablets. Could you please advise which calcium tablet should she take? She has no health issues as such. Thanks.
