Flu

Hello Doctor, Some unknown liquid splashed on my head while walking on the terrace in the evening. It was only on my head, I immediately washed thoroughly with shampoo and water. I am worried if it could be bat droppings (saliva/urine). I already completed full rabies PEP recently (5 doses, last dose 29/04/2026). Is anything needed in this situation?

Lst 1-2 month i have neck pain/ neck tightness and sometimes neck pain go to shoulder/hands, due to this dizziness n balance prblm not dizziness like spinning room or anything. But balance problem when walking sometimes feeling like fall on ground I do wfh so 8-12 hours computer / mobile working Currently do some exercises for neck but temporary relief, when bck to my computer work 2-3 hours after, same feeling when walking / anything doing.

Hi my efgr is -135 is this normal and i want to know normal range it should come I am worried is it normal or not

Problems started after 2021.Three months after my grandfather's death, I felt as if I had a serious illness.I felt unbalanced which is still ongoing, although I have never fallen till date. Sometimes, when I wake up from sleep, it feels as if there is some wave going on behind my ears.If there is any small problem, I think too much.I just had gallbladder surgery two months ago. Whenever I use the phone, I don't feel anything like this.If I leave the phone, then I get that strange feeling of imbalance, a strange, sick feeling.There is pain in the head through the neck and the shoulders also feel heavy.After the surgery, there is fatigue in the hands and legs and a feeling of cold waves anywhere in the body at any time. Initially, I used to feel nervous , anxious, now I have become a little  used to it. But even now, when I feel like this, I don't feel like doing any work. there is anger and a lot of irritability I feel like staying alone, I don't want to talk to anyone.

My tsh is 6.5.. medicine is required...I am 38 yrs old and i have 2 daughters...only i have symptoms is hair fall...my weight and periods is normal.
