Lower platelets count
My father's age is 65. As a routine check-up,
we've done a CBC, and his platelet count is 85,000/μL.
Remaining reports are normal. He's not showing any symptoms currently.
What should we do? Is this a cause for concern?
Please find an attached report for your reference.

HIV or hltv exposure
Am concerned about a possible infection risk. Here is the exact sequence of events:
A person with bleeding gums while chewing tobacco handed me a 10 rupees note with some blood on it.
I placed the note on a cash counter.
I then washed my hands with Savlon handwash.
About 5–6 minutes later, I touched the cash counter and then my house mug (possibly dry or slightly wet).
About 5–6 minutes after that, I touched the mug again.
About 1 minute later, I touched my mucous membrane (mouth/eye/nose).
The total time from the initial note contact to mucous membrane touch was about 14–15 minutes.
My concern: Could HIV, HTLV,
