For the past 2 years I feel my head tightly wrapped along with a vision issue because of this i have dizziness and little balance issues while walking. I believe this has been started after my head was locked by an opponent while fighting. From my inside i feel like there is an issue with blood flow to my head. I had done an MRI scan but there been no issue
I been struggling for 2 years

Plain MRI can only detect if there is a stroke or bleed or space occupying lesion. It can't detect blood flow to brain as such.
Get a carotid Doppler or Doppler of neck vessels to see how the flow is. Or MR angiogram of brain and carotids.
Check your BP and lipid profile. High BP or low BP also causes headache, blurred vision and dizziness.
To rule out cardiac cause get ECG and holter monitoring.

A normal MRI is genuinely reassuring - it rules out major structural or blood flow issues. Symptoms persisting for 2 years after a neck injury, with tightness and balance issues, are more likely linked to cervical/neck muscle tension or vestibular effects than blood flow. Physiotherapy and a vestibular assessment (not further brain imaging) is the more useful next step. Book a private consult so I can guide the right specialist referral.
