did you happen to have sinusitis earlier? it can cause such headaches, tinnitus etc etc...
hope you are drinking adequate water. dehydration can also cause head heaviness and headache.
if you are feeling better or asymptomatic on the days when u dont work means, it could be due to driving bike for such long duration. also consider cervical spondylosis causing headaches.
