Citrizine alone is not a answer for your problem. Heavy head along with ear blockade may be a symptom of sinus problem, which lead to heaviness in over face and head due to blocking of sinuses and ear blockage due to inflammation of eustachian tube.
Next Steps
1. proper guidance for sinus problem 2. take antiallergic, and something to chew to keep eustachian tube patent 3. due to your higher age group this may be a symptom of nasopharyngeal mass
