The pain appears to be localized near the angle of the mandible/inferior to the left ear. If the pain is only position-dependent and there is no swelling, fever, ear discharge, sore throat, dental pain, or difficulty opening the mouth, conservative measures such as avoiding pressure on that side, warm compresses, and a short course of an NSAID (if not contraindicated) are reasonable. However, if the pain persists beyond 48–72 hours, is associated with swelling, fever, worsening pain, difficulty chewing/opening the mouth, or ear symptoms, an in-person evaluation by a physician (and ENT/dental review if indicated) is recommended.

Most likely it's TM joint inflammation ✓Pain near the jaw below the ear is often due to muscle or jaw joint strain and usually improves with conservative treatment.
Next Steps
✓Warm compress for 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times daily. ✓Soft diet for 2-3 days if chewing worsens pain.
Health Tips
NSAIDS like ibuprofen will help

any jaw line pain and ear pain should consider cardiac causes. 1st rule out cardiac cause. i recently had a patient with left ear pain and jawline pain, who delayed to reach out hospital and next morning he had severe chest pain (myocardial infarction) leading to heart muscle damage due to delay. 1stt get an ECG. secondly it can be due to acid reflux also. or gastritis.
