Your symptoms are due to stress, Muscular pain and maybe mild throat infection. You have to adjust your meals with baby feeding. Try to start multitasking,  where you take food, while doing some other chore. Take small frequent meals with plenty of fresh green vegetables and fruits,  avoid spicy, fatty, sugary, food, much of tea and coffee. Avoid excess tea, coffee, late evening meals. Take syp mucaine gel 5m.l every 8hours for 7 to 10 days.

Your symptoms — loss of appetite, irregular eating (often late night after baby sleeps), recurrent morning throat pain/infection, sudden burning in chest with burping, stomach pain, back pain, and white deposits on tonsils — are very typical of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) that has become symptomatic due to: • Postpartum hormonal changes + stress/fatigue from caring for a 6-month-old • Irregular, delayed meals (skipping or eating late at night) • Lying down soon after eating (common when feeding baby) • Possible mild tonsillitis or tonsil stones (white debris) worsened by acid reflux irritating the throat This is not dangerous right now, but untreated postpartum GERD can worsen, cause chronic throat irritation, and affect your energy/milk supply indirectly. The white substance on tonsils is likely tonsil stones (tonsilloliths) or mild tonsillar exudate — not serious infection unless you have high fever or severe sore throat.
Next Steps
1. See a gastroenterologist or general physician within the next 5–10 days (no emergency unless severe chest pain, difficulty swallowing, or vomiting blood). 2. Do NOT continue removing white material from tonsils with earbuds — it can cause bleeding/infection; let a doctor examine throat. 3. Start simple acid-suppressing medicine (safe in breastfeeding) after consulting doctor — e.g., Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily empty stomach in morning + Sucralfate suspension after meals
Health Tips
• Eat small, frequent meals (5–6 times/day) even if not hungry — set reminders; keep dry fruits, banana, curd, khichdi ready. • No food/liquid 2.5–3 hours before lying down (critical to reduce reflux). • Sleep with head elevated 6–8 inches (use extra pillows or raise bed head) — reduces night reflux to throat. • Avoid triggers: tea/coffee, spicy/oily food, citrus, chocolate, tomato, carbonated drinks. • For throat/white deposits: warm saline gargle 3–4 times/day + avoid touching tonsils. • Stay upright after feeds — burp baby well and sit 20–30 min after your own meals. These symptoms are very common in new mothers with irregular eating + reflux and almost always improve dramatically with diet timing + acid control + elevation. For a safe, breastfeeding-friendly treatment plan (exact medicine doses, best diet schedule around baby care, throat-safe gargles, when to do endoscopy if needed, and which gastroenterologist in your city is best), please book an online consultation with me — I’ll review your full symptoms, baby feeding routine, and current diet to give you a clear, step-by-step roadmap so the burning, throat pain, and burping stop completely and you feel normal again quickly. Looking forward to helping you feel comfortable and energetic while caring for your little one — book now and let’s get this sorted together

Your symptoms are due to irregular meal time, acidity and reflux of gastric juice into the throat. Please be up and about for an hour after the meal, don't lie down straight away. Have 100 gm curds daily. Continue with your iron and calcium supplements.
