Can be IBS, can be some other superimposed disease on IBS. Your motion is not likely due to stoppage of Shelcal.
Next Steps
1. Complete the course of medicine for URTI.
2. You need to take Vit d caps for at-least 8-12 weeks then follow up once a month a s your physician seems fit.
3.Don't worry or stress as it is the main driving factor behind IBS.
Kindly make somelife style changes avoid stress factor because IBS will easily get precipitated by stress and daily life style activities continue your vitamin supplement if scan showing edematous changes then likely to be some infection go and get some reports done like cbc esr crp
Next Steps
Modify your diet and lookout for your sleep patterm
Health Tips
Basic managemnt is more important take more amnt of water
Missing Vit D3 for a day or two won't cause this - your dizziness and loose motions are likely from the viral infection or new medicine itself. Vit D3 correction usually takes 8-12 weeks; continue once you resume. Edematous bowel loops with flares fits IBS but can overlap other causes on imaging alone. Book a private consult so I can review your scan and pattern together properly.

Dizziness could be due to low b.p. caused by loose motions. Get blood.p. checked.
Edematous distal polyps could be due to Ibs.
Take light, nutritious meals. Continue supplements of vit d.
Take imosec one every 8hours for 2 days.
Tab vizylac one morning and one evening for 2 weeks.
Learn to stay stress free.
Its ibs
Not due to Shelcal discontinuity
First ibs need patient treatment ,u need to take regular small meals which has low sugars in it
And also some food triggers like gluten diet to be avoided as it may worse
U need to have proper rest ,adequate sleep atleast 8 hrs and regular balanced diet and regular exercise
By seeing ur chat u definitely anxious and stressed
Try to reduce that ,untill unless u don't build personality medicine will not be effective
And for vit d and ca
If doctor recommended u it's fine
But if not check the vit d ,b12 ,ca and fe levels as ur female and Indian these are most common vitamins that lacking so that u can use only if values are low
It seems your IBS symptoms got flared up..your dizziness might be due to multiple motions..
You can continue your vitamin d tablets..no need to stop them
For IBS first you have to tell what it was like IBS C , IBS D or IBS M
If your motions are persisting you can take loperamide tablets for now
In long term life style and dietary modifications is the first line
Still not controlled medications will be escalated stepwise
Still not controlled then advanced therapies like cognitive behavioural therapy or stress management ..these all can be tried !!
Next Steps
Check your blood pressure..if on lower side then hydrate yourself with ORS
