Your B12 of 156 and vitamin D of 13.35 are both clearly deficient, and that combination explains the wrist and foot pain, the fatigue and part of the irritability. Correct it properly: methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 3 months, cholecalciferol 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks and then monthly, with calcium 500 mg and magnesium daily. But please hear this clearly: the anger and postpartum depression at 5 months need treatment in their own right, they are a medical illness and not a character flaw, and vitamins alone will not fix them. Also get TSH, CBC and ferritin, since postpartum thyroid problems and anaemia cause exactly this weight gain and mood picture.
Next Steps
Start B12 and vitamin D as above with calcium, get TSH, CBC and ferritin, and see a psychiatrist or counsellor for the postpartum depression since 5 months is long enough. Reach out urgently if you ever get thoughts of harming yourself or the baby. Book an online consult with me with your full body checkup report and I will fix the doses and follow up your mood too.
