Both of you having low Vit D and B12 together is very common in Indian couples - indoor jobs, little sun and a mostly vegetarian plate. The dose depends on how low the numbers actually are, so I do not like giving one blanket prescription for both of you. Broadly: weekly Vit D 60,000 IU for 8 weeks, then monthly maintenance, plus B12 - oral 1500 mcg daily if mildly low, injections if it is deep low or you have tingling/numbness.
Next Steps
Add 20 minutes of midday sun, eggs, dairy and curd daily, and repeat both levels after 3 months. Also get thyroid and haemoglobin checked, since B12 deficiency rarely comes alone. Share both your reports with me on a Practo consult and I will write the exact dose for each of you separately.
