I have total body aches tiredness, Fatigue no fever frequent urination but no small and color I feel like warm air come out my nose I feel like viral fever but no fever Can u please prescribe medicine

Hi today morning I did lipid profile test and it's showing ratio high is this dangerous or it will go with diet and exercise kindly suggest

I was having fluttering feeling on my chest and left hand pain also sweating and palpitation so i got a checkup my ecg echo andtmt is normal blood reports are also normal cholestrol is also normal but triglycerides is high 215 and fasting blood sugar is 105 and vldl is 43. The test were done 20 days ago even after the test i am still getting the symptoms .| dont exercise at all and stressed. I lie down in bed majority of time. what shall i dc do i need further checkup like angiogram. I am submitting my reports please tell what I should do lalso have gerd and gastritis and bloating the fluttering feeling is also felt in my stomach. I am taking medication for it since the past 2 week. Please reply what shall I do. I want to start exercises can I do that?? I also have pcos.do i need to do angiograph or any other heart test .

Had cough 25 days ago, after that low grade fever started from 15 days ago.now complete body aches from lower back to head and by the time fever reaches 100.5 pcm is taken. suffers  from hypertension and type-2 diabetes ,had underwent CABG in 2024.Also had a history of peritoneal TB in 2018.currently pleural effusion(right>left), pericardial effusion and mild ascites seen in my cect abdomen whereas rest all reports are normal but still fever persisting. PCT values for 19 sept is 0.23.ESR for 17 sept is 23.rest all reports are in pdf for kind information and necessary action. Kindly suggest.

I have a severe headache and also little fever. I lost morning erection and developed erectile dysfunction after taking escitalopram for 3.5 years due to panick attacks , get tested for D3 it was low (24) and started taking uprise D3. Initially I felt good morning erection when taken D3 weekly for 2 months but when I reduce the dose to 2 times in a month,again morning erection gone I again tested for D3 -164nmol/l- good First time tested for b12-117pg/ml I also feel pain,numbness in legs, fatigue etc I became vegetarian 5 years ago What could be the reason please tell?
