B12 and D deficiency
I recently had my vitamin D and vitamin 12 tested, and my vitamin 12 was 150 and vitamin D was 21.9. I used to take vitamin D supplement. However, it never supported my gut. I used to have constipation or diarrhoea, kind of a symptoms, so I stopped  taking them. I tried different Doses, even 600, however, in lower doses, the symptom was not severe, but nonetheless, not absent.

Try with probiotics ,if you have gut irritation. Or vitamin d also present in morning sun exposure and in milk. Take b12 supplements also.
