I think as your work profile say u mostly work indore apart from it i have seen in my practice almost every other indian have vitamin d deficiency , what concern is u have iron deficiency in dont know your cbc count ... u might have iron deficiency anemia [ nutritional anemia ] ... consult some doctor and get all investigation done ... give yourself a good Diet rich in iron ... I am guessing u might also have b12 deficiency ... get it check its common

Vit d very low. Oral Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO. Injection Injection Uprise d60k once a month for 3 months Iron Haemup/rb tone syr10 ml after dinner for two months. Or inj imferon
