Yes, you can take neurokine one morning and one evening,  but as your vit b12 levels are very low, injections taken initially will improve it faster,  then you can switch over to tablets.

Its better to get a b12 injection rather than a tablet twice weekly for four weeks and a vitD capsule for 2 months and repeat the tests.

No problem  its a right choice for 2to 3 months.  Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO.

A vitamin B12 level below 100 is significant deficiency; please do not self-start Neurokind without evaluation. The cause and blood counts should be checked, and severe deficiency may need prescription high-dose treatment or injections. I would advise a physician review soon, especially if you have numbness, weakness or balance trouble. You can book a Practo consult with me for a personalised plan.
Next Steps
Please arrange a medical review soon with your reports. Treatment choice and duration depend on symptoms, CBC and the cause of deficiency; do not delay if neurological symptoms are present.
Health Tips
Avoid self-medication or delaying treatment when B12 is this low, particularly with tingling, weakness or walking difficulty.

A B12 under 100 with low D3 needs treating, but self-starting Neurokind isn't the way to do it.
Next Steps
A physician can check your levels properly and decide the right form and duration for you.
Health Tips
Very low B12 sometimes responds better to injections than tablets, so don't assume the OTC dose is enough.

I would not recommend choosing the exact Neurokind-OD regimen entirely on your own, because with B12 this low, the cause and presence of neurological symptoms matter.
Next Steps
I wound recommend you send me your blood report (especially B12, vitamin D, Hb, MCV, CBC, ferritin, folate, and TSH)
