Both vitamin D (8.2) and B12 (145) are clearly deficient and can explain fatigue, body aches or tingling. They need treatment, not just dietary changes. I would also review your CBC, calcium and kidney function before finalising the regimen.
Next Steps
Please see a physician soon for a supervised replacement plan and repeat levels after treatment. Book a Practo consult with me if you want a tailored plan based on your reports.
Health Tips
Avoid self-prescribing repeated high-dose supplements; the dose and duration should be supervised.

Your vitamin D of 8.2 and B12 of 145 both fall in the deficient range and need proper correction.
Next Steps
Please see your physician for the right dose and duration, since replacement needs vary by how deficient you are.
Health Tips
Avoid buying high-dose supplements on your own, since too much vitamin D can cause its own problems.

Your D3&B12 levels are low and it is suggested that you start therapy to replenish the stores For D3 - Oral Cholecalciferol tablets- Once a week for 8 weeks ( 60,000 IU) Followed by once monthly dosing ( 60,000 IU) For B12 - You could either go for Oral or Injection preparation Ask your physician for exact dosing and mode of treatment suitable for you You can consult me on Practo for further guidance
Next Steps
You should also get CBC report done to just check for Hb levels as well as Peripheral smear to rule out Megaloblastic anaemia
Health Tips
No need to worry it is very common to have B12& D3 deficiency and the stores will get replenished by the therapy
