Vitamin d insufficiency is unlikely to cause the symptoms you are experiencing, rather related to mental health issues.Consider consulting a clinical psychologist in your area for appropriate management

It is because of disturbed physical and mental health. Take the help of the creator of earth - SUN . Rise early in the morning - show your face to SUN , feel blessed , let SUN shower it's morning soft rays on your naked body.
And eat the food items (in raw form)that grow by the grace of SUN-
Fresh Fruits -- not the juice
Raw Vegetable (salad) - uncooked
Edible leaves - direct/chutney form

But full fill deficiency
Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO.
Low D3 (23 ng/mL is mildly insufficient) can contribute to fatigue, low mood, and worse anxiety — it's a real factor and worth correcting. But what you're describing — crying, resurfacing thoughts of your past, and feeling tired of life for 8 months — sounds bigger than what a vitamin deficiency alone usually causes. A D3 level of 23 is only mildly low; it wouldn't typically explain this level of emotional pain on its own.
