Frequent Urination
I have been urinating very frequently like once every hour during the day and at night it becomes too frequent sometimes even every 5 minutes. I don't have any burning sensation,pain,fever.
What could it be?

No burning means UTI is less likely. Could be overactive bladder, high caffeine intake, or diabetes causing excess urination. Get urine routine and fasting blood sugar done. Cut down on tea/coffee/cold drinks and see if it helps.
