Dry mouth combined with itchy palms in a 40-year-old female often points to a systemic condition, such as Sjögren’s syndrome (an autoimmune disorder attacking moisture glands), eczema (dermatitis), or an underlying hormonal/thyroid fluctuation. For dry mouth requires both symptom relief and active protection against tooth decay: 1. Sip room-temperature water consistently. Chew sugar-free gum (especially with xylitol) or suck on sugar-free lozenges to stimulate natural saliva. 2. Use saliva substitutes and Biotene rinse or similar moisturizing gels to coat the mouth, particularly before sleeping. 3. Run a cool-mist humidifier in the bedroom overnight. Avoid alcohol-based mouthwashes, smoking, and excessive caffeine, as these actively dehydrate the mouth. Treatment for Itchy Palms can often be a form of hand eczema (dyshidrotic eczema) or simply severe dry skin. 1. Apply a fragrance-free, oil-rich ointment or cream like Cerave cream immediately after washing your hands. 2. Hydrocortisone cream: it can reduce inflammation and itching. 3. If allergies cause the reaction, oral antihistamines [Example Zyrtec]. 4. Always wear cotton-lined gloves when handling harsh chemicals, cleaning supplies etc.

Don't worry. Please get a HbA1c test done once. Drink plenty of water—at least 3–4 liters a day. Apply coconut oil to your palms regularly, and avoid using detergents or harsh soaps on your palms.
Next Steps
Please let me know once you receive the test report.
