hi,
famocid 40mg medicine that you are using can cause dry mouth.
Dry mouth is caused by a reduction in saliva production from the salivary glands, most commonly due to medications, dehydration, and
underlying health conditions like Medical issues: Autoimmune disorders like Sjögrenâs syndrome, as well as diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and Parkinsonâs disease, can impair gland function.
Nerve damage: Injuries to the head or neck can harm the nerves that signal glands to make saliva.
Mouth breathing: Sleeping or breathing with your mouth open dries out oral tissues.
Dehydration: Not drinking enough fluids, fever, or excessive sweating lowers body water levels
see if you have any of the mentioned above reasons and correct them
