Bcomplex tablet for mouth ulcer
I have mouth ulcer from past 2 weeks. Could you please suggest bcomplex tablet name and dosage to be taken for mouth ulcer?

B complex forte can be taken every night after dinner.. Drink plenty of water everyday..
