Get your HIV test done first when you are in doubt. HIV doesn't show symptoms till very late ..... As it's been 7 months and 5months from past 2 exposures, you better get HIV PCR done for yourself. Avoid unprotected sexual exposure in future atleast. I have been coming across same question repeatedly. As you have got the answer stop posting the same question again, as doctors attention go to repeated questions and patients who genuinely seek medical advice will miss the advantage of getting treated. Get yourself checked for HIV and be relieved from your doubt. Take care of yourself.

A negative rapid card test of the partner whom you had physical relationship rules out HIV, and the symptoms like mouth ulcer mostly would be due to Vitamin deficiency.
Next Steps
Continue the Multivitamin Have blood test done for clearer picture

Based on this, your symptoms are highly unlikely to be signs of acute HIV seroconversion. Acute retroviral syndrome occurs 2 to 4 weeks after exposure rather than appearing months later. Furthermore, recurrent aphthous ulcers responding to multivitamins typically stem from nutritional deficiencies, local mucosal irritation, stress, or chronic anxiety. However, a partner's rapid test alone cannot serve as a definitive confirmation of your own status, and a dedicated serological test is required for complete peace of mind.. Lingering health anxiety after an exposure often causes functional somatic symptoms, including stress-induced loose stools (altered gut motility) and lowered immune defense against common oral ulcers and pharyngeal infections, rather than retroviral illness.
Next Steps
To accurately review your test timeline, interpret your conclusive laboratory results side-by-side, and receive a secure management plan to fully clear your health anxiety, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."

Your exposure was protected barring a brief slip, and a negative HIV test at 7 weeks is already very reassuring. Recurrent mouth ulcers for 3 months with loose stools are far more likely aphthous ulcers from B12/iron/folate deficiency or gut irritation than HIV. One episode of fever with tonsillar ulcers that settled on antibiotics is a plain bacterial tonsillitis, not seroconversion. Get a 4th generation HIV antigen-antibody test at 3 months after the last exposure to fully close the topic, along with CBC, B12, ferritin and TSH.
Next Steps
Do the 3-month HIV 4th gen test plus CBC, B12, ferritin and TSH, keep a B12 and folic acid course going, and use a chlorhexidine mouth rinse for the ulcers. If ulcers stay beyond 3 weeks, or you get weight loss, night sweats or persistent diarrhoea, get examined without delay. Book a Practo online consult with me with your reports and we will settle this properly.

Thank you for sharing the details. A condom break can have some HIV risk, but it does not mean you have HIV. Your partner’s HIV rapid test at 7 weeks was negative, which is reassuring, but that is her report. You still need your own test. Recurrent mouth ulcers, occasional loose stools, and one episode of fever with tonsillitis are common and are not specific HIV symptoms. These can happen due to vitamin deficiency, acidity, infection, or stress also. Please do: 1. HIV 4th generation test (antigen + antibody) from a standard lab / ICTC. 2. If the last exposure was more than 3 months ago and this test is negative, it is usually reliable. 3. Also get CBC and, if needed, examination for mouth ulcers. Becosules can help some ulcers, but if ulcers keep coming back, you should be seen in person. This is general guidance. I cannot confirm or rule out HIV on chat. Please get tested and consult locally with the report.
