I done My these Test Cbc , kft , lft , urine test , stool test , sugar , typhoid thyroid are normal
I have 2 Relationship in Past 7 month back
1st with Worker Girl that time I used condom for vagina sex & No condom break that time
2nd with My Friend that time I also used condom for vagina sex

Your partner got negative hiv rapid. So you need not to worry about hiv infection to you. And Secondly if there is any other sexual Intercourse in these 7 months then you can go for hiv test once again. So no need to worry. Get hiv screening test once again. We'll sort out if it comes any abnormal

Let me be clear with you: your risk here is very low and nothing you describe is an HIV symptom. Protected vaginal sex carries almost no risk, and even the one condom slip is low risk - importantly your partner tested HIV negative, so there was no infection to transmit. Recurrent mouth and tongue ulcers with loose stools for months, in a person with normal CBC, LFT, KFT and thyroid, are far more typical of stress, B12/iron deficiency and IBS. Fever with tonsillitis that resolved on antibiotics is simply bacterial tonsillitis. What settles this permanently is one HIV 4th generation antigen-antibody test done now, more than 3 months after exposure - it is conclusive.
Next Steps
Get one HIV 4th generation lab test plus B12 and ferritin, and stop repeating tests after that. Bring those reports to a consult with me on Practo and we will treat the ulcers and loose stools properly.
