Semi solid & semi loose stool
From last 3 month Semi loose and semi solid stool off and on When I take darolac sachet and pribiotic its solve Sometime i have loose stool 4 times in 1 day and it's solve in 1 day also its happend 2 time in last 3 month My cbc , lft , kft, urine Report, stool Report, sugar all are normal Also have mouth and Toungue ulcer off and on when I take becosule z capsule It's gone then again come back This happend after exposure of 3 month to 6 month I sex with my friend & i use condom its break after sex of 15 min inside vagina & then i take out around in 5 min Then wear new condom After our exposure My Friend she test Hiv rapid card 1 & 2 Serum From Lab Blood taken from her arm It's Negative It's Hiv Risk For me?? I also exposure with call girl worker 6 month back That time no condom break

Could be H.pylori infection or gastritis or parasitic infection or SIBO...... Needs further evaluation and management. Your symptoms doesn't seem to be linked to your sexual exposure. If at all you have doubt of HIV infection, you should get your blood test done for HIV, as it's already been 3months .

Get these tests done for STDs HIV-1/2 Ag/Ab 4th-generation laboratory test — first priority. HBsAg, anti-HBs, total anti-HBc Anti-HCV. RPR/VDRL + TPHA/TPPA for syphilis. Urine NAAT for Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea For oral ulcers - CBC review Serum ferritin + iron/TIBC Vitamin B12 Folate
