HIV does not present like this after months with only mild symptoms like yours.
If you still have concerns, you can do a single 4th generation HIV test for reassurance it will be conclusive.
Your symptoms are more likely due to common causes like stress, diet, or minor infections.
Repeated concern despite low risk is often due to anxiety. We can address that properly.
Please relax, and if needed, feel free to book a consultation.
Get yourself tested for Hiv.
For recurrent mouth ulcers, take tab doxycycline 200mg daily for 10 days.
Apply orasore ointment over ulcers, 2 to 3 times daily.
Nahi, ye HIV symptom nahi hai.
Jo aap bata rahe ho (2–3 din loose/semi-solid stool, phir theek, phir wapas) ye gut disturbance / IBS / anxiety / diet related hota hai. HIV itne specific GI symptoms se diagnose nahi hota.
Aapka risk bhi kaafi low hai:
• First exposure: condom use, no break → no risk
• Second exposure: condom break hua but sirf ~5 min, phir change kiya → very low risk
• Sabse important: partner ka 53rd day test negative hai → ye strong reassurance hai ki wo HIV positive nahi thi
Isliye overall aapka risk negligible hai.
Peace of mind ke liye:
• Aap ek HIV 4th gen test (ELISA) karwa lo at 6 weeks–3 months post exposure → almost definitive ho jata hai
Abhi jo symptoms hai:
• Probiotic 5–7 din
• Light diet, spicy/oily avoid
• Stress/anxiety control (ye symptoms ko trigger karta hai)
Agar weight loss, persistent diarrhea, fever, blood in stool ho to alag evaluation chahiye, warna ye HIV se related nahi hai
The fact that your partner tested negative for HIV 1 & 2 at the 53rd day (nearly 8 weeks) after your exposure is a very strong indicator. While the conclusive window for a rapid card test is usually 90 days, a negative result at 8 weeks makes the risk of her being infected extremely low.

Hello,
Firstly don't stress up.
Recurrent ulcer and twice a stool a day are pre dominantly symptoms of the gut is not cleaning properly.
As for now onwards drink slightly hot water one glass before sleep and first thing after waking up.
Take vitamin b12 course for 15days as it will decreases the ulcers.
Second, it's not a symptoms of hiv.
You can check the cd4 counts if you want.
And try to avoid unprotected sex from now.
Thank you, hope this is helpful.
If want to know anything else you can follow up.
