Hello,
Some labs include a fasting or random blood sugar in kidney function tests, this can be altered post a meal.
For doing an MRI usually only serum creatinine levels(a component of kidney function tests) are required that do not require fasting.
Health Tips
check with lab if FBS is included if not fasting not required.
